The Ambassador Hotel is housed in two interlinked traditional buildings, which date back to the turn of the 20th century. As a result of this, the façade boasts two very distinct appearances, even though both buildings are designed in the art nouveau style. The impressive lobby is appointed in a classic manner, with a marble floor, long curved reception desk and lobby bar. There’s also a generous seating area, which opens onto the terrace overlooking Wenceslas Square. The 170 guestrooms are decorated in soothing neutral tones of cream and beige. Comfortable and welcoming, they combine old world charm with modern amenities. The hotel’s à la carte restaurant, situated in the basement, provides an intimate atmosphere with a hunting theme.
